Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Maktab E Taleem (operated by Neelesh Kumar Verma, Hardoi, UP 241001) for your Islamic educational journey. We take immense pride in the quality and authenticity of our digital curriculum. This policy governs the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled on our Ed-Tech platform.

General Rule for Digital Products

Due to the easily reproducible and consumable nature of digital intellectual property, all sales of digital content are considered final and non-refundable once the transaction is complete and the access links have been dispatched to the user. This includes, but is not limited to, PDF E-books, audio lectures, pre-recorded video modules, and digital access passes.

By completing a purchase on Maktab E Taleem, you acknowledge that you are purchasing immediate access to intangible digital goods. Once the delivery is fulfilled via WhatsApp or Email, the product cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, thereby nullifying the possibility of a standard refund.

Exceptions: When Refunds Are Issued

We believe in absolute fairness and transparency. While standard "change of mind" refunds are not permitted, we will gladly issue a full refund to the original payment method under the following strict circumstances:

• Duplicate Transactions: If a technical glitch or user error results in your card/account being charged twice for the exact same course within a single browsing session.
• Corrupted Deliverables: If the digital files provided are demonstrably corrupted, empty, or inaccessible, and our technical team is unable to provide a working replacement link within 72 hours of you reporting the issue.
• Non-Delivery: If a payment is successfully deducted from your bank but our systems completely fail to deliver the content to your WhatsApp/Email, and we cannot rectify the delivery manually within 3 business days of your complaint.

Cancellation of 1-to-1 Live Sessions

For students enrolled in our Premium Scholar Bundles featuring 1-to-1 WhatsApp Video mentorship, the following cancellation guidelines apply:

• Rescheduling: You may request to reschedule a live session without any penalty by notifying your assigned instructor via WhatsApp at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled time.
• No-Shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled live session and do not provide prior notice, the session will be marked as conducted. No partial refunds will be provided for missed live sessions.
• Platform Cancellation: In the rare event that Maktab E Taleem must cancel a live session due to instructor unavailability or technical outages on our end, the session will be rescheduled at your earliest convenience. If a rescheduled date cannot be mutually agreed upon, a pro-rata refund for that specific unfulfilled live session portion may be calculated and issued.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe your situation falls under the eligible exceptions mentioned above, please initiate a refund request by sending an email to support@maktabetaleem.site within 3 days of the transaction date. Please include your Full Name, Registered WhatsApp Number, Date of Purchase, and the Payment Gateway Transaction ID.

Our financial compliance team will review your request. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original mode of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing timelines.
